Do you have weekly and monthly rates?
We offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Please call us for a price quote.

What is included in a monthly rental?
The monthly Motel rooms include, a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. All of your utilities, local phone, and cable TV are included. This is rented like an apartment; you provide the linens, towels, pots and pans. There is a one time cleaning deposit, half of which is refundable if the room is clean when you leave.
The RV Park monthly rental includes water, sewer, electric (30amp), and cable TV.

Do you have showers/restrooms?
We have restrooms for the RV Park that include shower stalls. We have been told we have the cleanest restrooms from many campers.

Do you have shade?
YES! We have mature shade trees that shade the majority of the park. They are wonderful during those hot summer months.

Do you have a laundry room?
We have 5 washers and 5 dryers in our clean laundry room. There is an iron and ironing board available for your use too.

Do you take tents?
No.

Do you have Internet service?
We have wi-fi Internet available.

Can I have a package delivered to me here?
Yes, we accept packages in the office and also have individual mailboxes available.

Do you allow pets?
In the RV Park ONLY. We have a nice path to walk on behind our property and a pet area (No enclosed pet run). No pets allowed in the Motel.

How close are you to the River?
We are a little over 1 mile to both the Yakima and Columbia Rivers and the nearest boat launch.

Are you near any golf courses?
The Tri-Cities area is full of golf course. We are centrally located and close to all of them. Let us help you get a tee time.

Are there any biking or walking paths close to you?
There are many paths that run up and down both sides of the rivers. Ask us for a map.

What if we have to leave early?
You will be refunded the unused portion of your stay.

Do you have Smoking rooms?
We do not currently offer smoking rooms.

Can I wash my RV or car?
We ask that you not wash your vehicle on site. There is a coin-operated car wash within a mile of us.

Are you near any shopping?
The Columbia Center Mall is about 1 mile away and there are other great little shopping areas around us. Please ask in the office.

Where is the closest grocery store?
We have a convenience store in the office for the small forgotten items, and several bigger grocery stores close by.

Is there anywhere to fish close by?
You have both the Yakima and the Columbia Rivers and there is also a kids fishing lake. There are several tournaments held every year in the area.
